Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (RehabGuru), by phone, or by email. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless you are using health insurance. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards. For insured patients, we work directly with your insurance provider where possible. Accepted insurance providers include Bupa, AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality, and Cigna.
5. Clinical Care
All clinical decisions are made by our qualified practitioners based on their professional judgement and in the best interests of the patient. Treatment plans are individually tailored and may be modified as your condition progresses.
6. Consent to Treatment
Before commencing treatment, we will explain the proposed treatment, potential risks, and expected outcomes. Your informed consent will be obtained before any treatment is provided. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
